Cylex 1. What size storage units does Place For Your Stuff offer, and how much do they cost? Do you have indoor storage and outdoor storage?

Place For Your Stuff: We offer drive-up storage units.

5’ wide x 8’ long x 9’ high @ $99/month or Pre-Pay for two months and get the third free

10’ wide x 8’ long x 9’ high @ $149/month or Pre-Pay for two months and get the third free

20’ wide x 8’ long x 9’ high @ $199/month or Pre-Pay for two months and get the third free.

Cylex 2. How far in advance should someone reserve a storage unit?How much notice must be given when  moving out?

Place For Your Stuff: As of right now we need only a day notice to reserve or mover out since we are not close to being full. Later on it will go to one month notice for move outs.

Cylex 3. What information is required when renting a storage unit from you?

Place For Your Stuff: When renting a storage unit for us we require Personal Info (Including driver's license),Valid Credit Card and Padlock.

                       

Cylex 4. Does Place For Your Stuff provide locks? Do you keep a key of the rented storage unit?

Place For Your Stuff: We do not provide locks to our renters.  We can keep your extra key for safekeeping if you requested it.

Cylex 5. Do you rent space month-to-month or the customer has to sign a long-term lease?

Place For Your Stuff: We do both.  We can do month by month at the regular price or if you want to take advantage of the free month it will be a three month contract.

Cylex 6. Do you hold auctions? How often and after how long one has left the storage unit without use?

Place For Your Stuff: We are planning on doing auctions if we have to. We are brand new and have not come across this situation.  It’s a two month process before we can put the items on auction.
