Cylex: How does the rental process work?

Barrie Heated Storage: Rent is month to month with no contract or deposit. Rent due first if each month.

Cylex: What sizes self storage units do you have?

Barrie Heated Storage: Unit sizes are:

Cylex: Do you have climate controlled units?

Barrie Heated Storage: ALL units are climate controlled and access into storage can be used from our very large roll up door that goes directly into building.

Cylex: Does Barrie Heated Storage provide locks?

Barrie Heated Storage: We sell disc padlocks for $15plus tax.

Cylex: Do you keep a key to the  storage unit?

Barrie Heated Storage: We do NOT keep a key to customers units. They are given an access card however to get into building.

Cylex: What kind of documentation is needed to provide in order to rent a storage unit?

Barrie Heated Storage: We require drivers license number (if applicable) and a credit card number for backup purposes only.

Cylex: What types of security measures do you use to protect the client's stuff?

Barrie Heated Storage: Entry into building is only given to customers with access card.  We have 24hr monitored video surveillance.
