Riverdale Fitness Mill has had success offering unique specialty programs designed to be marketing vehicles to help draw new members. Each quarter, different specialty programs will be offered for members and non-members for a duration of 4 weeks. Both programs sold out and resulted in new members joining the club. In addition because of the small size of the facility and limited membership opportunities due to the geographical location, Riverdale has developed other partnerships that help provide alternative revenues. The Canadian Cross Training Club which trains triathletes calls Riverdale home. Riverdale also offers metabolic testing for weight loss and V02 testing for weekend warrior and professional athletes. The metabolic testing has been very helpful for members in terms of achieving their weight management goals.
