Access Information & Referral (AIR) is operated by Family Counselling and Support Services of Guelph Wellington (FCSS) located in the city of Guelph. FCSS is an organization that has been offering developmental services in Wellington County since 1974. AIR was founded in 1998 and now handles as many as 2, 500 calls and referrals every year. AIR is staffed by a team that includes Karen (MSW), a parent of a young adult with a developmental disability and Yvonne who bring 23 years of experience working in the developmental services field.
