On the wild steelhead and salmon rivers of the West Coast of Vancouver Island, The Lodge at Gold River defines the luxury of roughing it. We offer guided fishing on one of British Columbias finest wild steelhead rivers. Historically, the Gold has been one of the strongest producing rivers on Vancouver Island, out-producing many of B.C.s better known and more heavily fished rivers. Because we use a combination of boats, helicopters, and floatplanes for guiding, we can also offer access to other watersheds accessible only by air. This can make for a truly remote angling experience unlike anything found in North America.
