Molly’s Lane! God has given me many blessings through the years. Many of which I didn’t recognize at the time, but He has always been there for me. He was there even when I was at a point in my life when I didn’t feel his presence. It was a time when I was down on myself and others. I didn’t want to be around people and preferred the company of my dogs. That is where God showed Himself and started me on the path that I’m on now. In the summer of 2009, my wife and I were looking to get a second dog. In February of that year, I lost my oldest dog to cancer. At the time I didn’t understand why God would take away something so important in my life. Now I know that God had to take Riley so that He could give me Molly. We adopted Molly from a shelter in August 2009. She was a sweet loving little dog and I decided to make her a therapy dog. I did this for her to give her some social time and keep her happy and friendly. I didn’t even want to talk with the people we would be visiting, but God had other plans. Molly led me to people that brought back my compassion for others. She has led me to people that have given me encouragement and hope and helped to renew my faith. God had given me a little dog that changed my life. Molly’s Lane came as a need for a business where I could still have the time to continue the work I do with Molly. It also had to be something more. I didn’t want a business just to make money. I wanted a business that would make a difference. So Molly’s Lane is also here to share what others have shared with me. So come by often for messages of compassion, encouragement, hope, faith and yes, a little fun along the way. I pray that God sends you a guide for your path in life. It’s an incredible journey and you won’t regret it!
