Youth Now On Track Services, North York, ON

Making a difference – that is what we are doing at Youth Now on Track Services. YNOT began with a willingness to serve the community and to advocate for challenged youth and their families.

YNOT provides prevention and intervention strategies to divert youth away from dangers of the streets and empower them to become productive members of society. We help them to set and achieve their goals. We address youth violence and offer a holistic service approach including counselling, mediation and recreational activities to address crime prevention. We help them back into school; empower them to overcome their personal challenges and to reach their full potential.
