They Inc. Are well known in our metro as the manufacturers of high security locks and alarms. Their mortise deadlocks are found on many apartment doors. They are expensive, but you are paying for the service: they take security seriously. They take details (address, name) of every property to which they fit a lock, and will only provide spare keys or extra keys if you can provide evidence that you are the legal owner. I have also bought window locks and sliding door locks through their technician (they have a good range of general door and window fittings) and sought advice on security from them. When they get around to you it is always personal and helpful.

I was very pleased with the work that Dan did for me. He fitted two locks for me. He was a very friendly, pleasant and professional man, very courteous, and totally put me at my ease. I called his locksmith company, and he was their within 30 minutes. What was a surprise was that he even cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends. The price was very reasonable.

I would like to share my opinion of the wonderful experience I had with the locksmith service them provided me with. The customer service is the best I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before the locksmith technician came (I needed to install a high security lock, and get a master re-key) not light jobs. Every other company I called was short with me and quick to answer my questions. The receptionist and technician from There were patient and understanding. The lock job was done to perfection. I could not have found better.

They did a quality installation of a security lock for my high security system. The technician was on time, friendly, professional, willing to explain everything and did not try to sell me anything but what was really important and the kept my house clean. I'd use them again!

Best Locksmiths in town: I locked keys in trunk and the all the doors were locked, so I called this 24 hour locksmith that my friend recommended to me. They responded very fast, I couldn't believe it, I just called them and within 20 minutes they got my trunk open and gave me my keys. I would definitely call them again whether I'm locked out or I need my locks changed.
