Yack & Associates in Toronto was founded in 1988 by Frederick A. Yack, B.A., LL.B. Mr. Yack completed his education at Osgoode Law School (now a part of York University), graduating in 1965. He passed the bar in 1967, and has gone on to focus his practice in real estate, corporate law and commercial law. Mr. Yack has been associated with his colleagues, Mr. P. Rausch and Mr. D. Tal, for 20 and 10 years, respectively. Mr. Rausch focuses on matrimonial matters and Mr. Tal handles general practice concerns.
