The proposed tower for the Creative Building will have a strong presence on Shenyang's skyline. The building will be a distinctive, iconic architectural form that is visible from the Golden Corridor to the west and the train station to the north, as well as East-West Highway to the south. Truly an architectural sculpture, the front of the tower will have a series of six stacked 6-storey atriums forming a curving front of glass facing Tuan Jie Street. The dramatic scale of this 150-meter high glass plane creates a distinctive cohesive architectural presence for the whole design. The building will be at the forefront of sustainable high-rise office design. The goal of this design is to achieve LEED certification.
