I would not recommend Willow Springs Winery. I just had my wedding there and dealing with the owner (S******* H****) was a nightmare. Over promise and under deliver is how I would describe it.
We have been trying to schedule a meeting with him to discuss our feelings of the service we receive and we get no answers. I've sent 4 emails to have something arranged. Why do I have to chase him. Avoiding customers is unprofessional. Finally I get this email:
Willow Springs Winery is a well-reputed company in the industry. Our staff have done a great job in running your event smoothly at Willow Springs Winery. Unfortunately, you were not able to bear witness to that.
We are very upset and disappointed what you have done to Willow Springs. We will reserve our rights to take legal actions against all your false statements about Willow Springs Winery.
