Very angry with them. They do not have regular hours and will rip you off. they are liars and have very poor English. they should not be in business. I went word for word with there contract and they still ripped me off.

These guys are the absolute s*** of the real estate market. They have the most demanding tenancy agreements where there is practically no room for any error on your part, say you wanted to terminate you lease or how much you had to get your place completely professionally cleaned, etc. They don't do any repairs when needed but they ask you to spend $300+ in cleaning with receipts. They want you to practically hand over the place without a dent with no room for wear and tear. Do yourself a big favor and don't rent or buy from these guys. They speak Engrish and it is painful to negotiate anything.
