A Game for All Ages At the White Rock Lawn Bowling Club, lawn bowling is a game for all ages and all seasons. Lawn bowling is a thinking game - you always have to think one shot ahead of your opponent. It is full of fun and fierce competition, depending on the level at which you wish to play the game. Lawn bowling keeps the mind and body active, and leads to strong and lasting friendships at any level of participation. Our club offers free lessons to all who wish to learn more about this intriguing game. Our club membership covers a diverse age group, and our expert coaching team are available year round to make learning to bowl an interesting and pleasant experience. At the White Rock Lawn Bowling Club, we are fortunate to have an all weather carpet to bowl on, even in the snow, thanks to many of our members and the help of the City of White Rock. Although lawn bowling is seen as a summer sport, our facility is open year round. Our winter bowling league is extremely popular, allowing bowlers who live here all year to meet people for fun and exercise. Our yearly membership subscription covers all twelve months of bowling.
