Such a bad experience. My girlfriend booked an appointment at 3:30. When we arrived at 3:30, the receptionist had told my girlfriend that there was another patient in front of her, even though she had already made a booking for 3:30. Anyways we decided to go for a walk but before we left my girl asked the receptionist how long it would take and she told her 30 minutes. My girlfriend informed her that she had called multiple times to confirm whether there was a free position and they confirmed multiple times. My girlfriend then asked how long it would take with the other patient and the receptionist looked at the computer and did not reply. She then lightly tapped the plastic screen protector to get the receptionists attention when the receptionist yelled at her saying “Wait! I’m checking! Don’t you see I’m checking!” I was shocked when I heard the raise of tone so I walked up to the desk and told her to relax and just check and she just kept yelling, “Can you wait! I’m checking! I’m checking!” In the end I was forced to leave for getting up and confronting the group of receptionists, which is no problem. So we left to wait the 30 minutes. However moments later the doctor gave my girlfriend a call saying he won’t be seeing her today because of how her boyfriend reacted which has nothing to do with her and her reason for appointment. Maybe I’m crazy but to my understanding in a clinic/hospital/medical environment you should be patient with the patient. Such a shitty clinic, if you yell that you’re dying, they will most likely yell back at you and whine to the daddy doctor who will later ban you from the clinic.
