Ive lived at 1420 for 3-4 years now. The building is kept clean. Has been a great living spot for my child, And in my personal opinion the super Andy & His wife are very easy going people. They have respect for the people that live here, as well as visitors that come and go. Great place to live, friendly management, clean living space for my family.

Everything I have ever heard about the superintendent's wife at 1420 Ritson Rd S has been terrible. From listening in at people's doors, to utter threats, to calling her tenants and yelling at them. I am not a tenant, nor will I ever be. Instead, I cosigned for someone and this tenant got herself into a degree of trouble. I called them to find out my rights and what I could do, and instead they were entirely confrontational, defensive, and belittling for absolutely no other reason than to be stubborn and ridiculous. There was never any need for it, and I even asked the both of them why it was they were fighting me. The building is kept pretty clean, and the apartments are specious and nice. However, I wouldn't live there with those people as my superintendents. Horrible people. I hope they are ashamed of themselves, but they probably believe the lies they told the tenant when they called yelling at her after the ordeal. I have made my complaint to the Property Management Company, but it needs to be known. No one should be allowed to act this way to anybody else, especially in a superintendent position.
