Dishonest place if i ever seen one. Charged me 50$ to tell me my laptop was broken,wanted to charge me another 60$ to give me the pictures that were in the laptop. Then asked for 195$ to put a new hard drive in since mine was supposedly broken. Brought the laptop at another repair shop, within an hour and for 50$ my laptop was running perfectly. The hard drive wasn't broken what so ever it was all a software issue which they solved within one hour!! Went to confront the owner about it but he didn't want to acknowledge anything i was saying. Dishonest, liars and thefts that's what i feel i dealt with at Unison Digital Systems on Mountain Rd.

JAN 2024 I have known Fred since 1997 when I bought my first Pentium 233 Computer with Win 95. I have always had Great Service on every build Unison has ever made for me. I approached Fred for my most recent and most Powerful Computer to date because I knew I could count on Him to Build my computer with Quality Reliable Brand names like ASUS, Western Digital, and Corsair that have a long History, and Proven track record. I am Extremely happy with this last Build of mine as every component was well thought out. The best thing about this whole experience was that everything was ready to go straight out of the box. There was no setup to do, and there was no registering of any Products. It Truly was a Plug and play computer. Thanks for everything Fred Mike D P.S. Mike B who bought his Pentium 200 the same time I bought my 233.. still has that Computer today, and it still runs 25 years later.
