Tri-Group Management in London

Tri-Group has been uncooperative with helping meet the needs of its tenants. They do not take responsibility for previously broken appliances, such as an air conditioning unit that was running up the hydro bill but had never worked, and do not reimburse the tenants for money spent on maintaining the company's problems with their own funds. They sent a notice of eviction without any warning of filing an N4, something we could have certainly brought to a judge's attention if we weren't so eager to be rid of Tri-Group. My mother, who rented the apartment, is a clean, cultured woman who cleans houses for a LIVING and who has never had any trouble with previous landlords. She got along well with the neighbours in her apartment complex and took care of her house impecably. The harassment received Tri-Group was uncalled for and unfair, and they are horribly unprofessional in handling tenants. I would never recommend living underneath this building management and I would encourage Tri-Group to smarten up, I've seen your employee reviews as well and from what I can tell you treat the people who work for you even worse than you treat your tenants. Shut yourselves down, you're not making this world any better and I don't know how you sleep at night knowing how much grief you cause people.
