Marilyn Owston, CHRP, CMC Lead Consultant / Trainer As the owner and President of TrendLine, Marilyn specializes in design and delivery of management workshops and services related to recruitment and selection, employee development, performance management, and human rights in employment. She has designed and developed the curriculum for a series of workshops including facilitator notes, presentation materials, and participant manuals. Owston’s consulting experience is complimented by sixteen years as a Manager in the service industry; she brings subject-matter expertise in both the technical and legislated aspects of workplace issues to her training assignments as well as best practices for practical application. Owston is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Performance Consultant, and is certified in Instructional Design/Development. She holds a Human Resources Management Post-Degree Certificate from Confederation College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lakehead University .
