Townsend Lake Construction Ltd have been living and working in the Grey-Bruce community for over 30 years. We do a variety of residential and agricultural work, including new residential construction, additions and renovations, hardwood floors and tile, decks and garages, as well as driving sheds, barn repair, horse stalls and stabling, leans and haysheds, concrete forming, and stone walls.



With more people purchasing farms as second properties, we have also restored several bank barns for non-agricultural purposes. This can include installing new siding, leveling floors and laying new flooring, and adding windows and doors, interior rooms, and exterior decks.
