They were told to take a car to a specific location which would cost $50-$100 max. Instead, they took it to the impound which was $355 plus $60 a day for storage. Went to pay to get the car out but they close at 5 pm. They've also taken stereo systems out of cars that have been impounded for what I assume their own profit. Would not recommend.

Over bill for service of towing. Extremely rude on the telephone and poor customer service.
