With over 35 years of Taekwondo experience combined, our Canadian Red Cross Anti-Bullying Certified Instructors are well-rounded in a variety of martial arts disciplines which include Muay Thai, Grappling, Weapons, Self-Defense Tactics / Non-Violent Conflict Resolution. Utilizing innovative teaching techniques, our instructors give each and every student individual attention, using a positive reinforcement approach to make leaders out of their students. Our instructors have the passion and dedication required to motivate their students using these techniques and strive to provide the highest quality of instruction in each and every class. Partners of the Canadian Red Cross Violence and Abuse Prevention program and certified in First Aid/CPR, TLT instructors work hard to lead by example and demonstrate the key values of martial arts training. Team TLT strives to individually motivate every student while providing them with the support they need to set and achieve their goals in and outside of our academy.
