Tidball Projects was established in 1995 to assist developers and property owners by providing independent owner representation and project management services for development projects throughout the lower mainland of British Columbia. Since this time, we have provided comprehensive services for developers, owners and lenders of mixed-use, residential, hotel, commercial, and retail developments, ranging from the initial planning stage, through to completion and turnover of the project.

Built on first-hand construction and project management experience, Tidball Projects brings a unique skill set to the project, taking a leadership role and acting as the center-point of communication and decision-making between the key members of the project team, including the ownership group, user groups, consultant team, and contractor. This critical role enables all members of the team to effectively work together to achieve the common goal of a successful project, and a satisfied client.
