Thunder and Lightning Athletic Club, Vancouver, BC

I LOVE Thunder and Lightning Athletic Club! I've been training with Terry-lynn and David in one form or another for five years, and I am not exaggerating when I say that it's been life-changing. I honestly believe that without their guidance I would have either hurt myself or possibly still be squatting around 80 pounds including the bar. I've gone from that to a one-rep max of 160 squat, 95 or 100 bench, and 175 deadlift - and I am 59 years old and 5'2"! Their new gym is beautiful, immaculately clean and the atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive and most of all FUN. Anyone could come here, no matter what their age or fitness level, start where they are, and make amazing progress. All the staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am a huge fan of the Power Lifting class but there is absolutely something for everyone at this amazing facility! Terry-lynn and David, thanks so much for making me feel like part of a big fit family!!!!!
