COMPANY HISTORY In 1974, Francesco Giovannone founded a little company known as Frank’s Remodelling and General Contracting. Later it was changed to Thermosun by Frank’s Remodelling. Thousands of restoration, renovation and building projects have been completed since 1974 throughout the Niagara Region. Our approach to every project integrates consultation, architecture and engineering. We take care of all the necessary designs, legal, permits and otherwise as required. Many of our tradesmen have been and/or have been associated with our company for many decades. It has been my greatest privilege and honour to have served you throughout these many years. I began when I was a very young man and have dedicated my life to perfecting my services, and our upcoming younger generations of tradespeople are imbued by those same insights. Thank you for allowing us to service you throughout all of this time.
