Owners Tyler and Christine Kiernander have opened a takeout restaurant and are committed to serving affordable, nutritious, fresh foods to be enjoyed at every stage of life. Healthy is always the first ingredient when Tyler is handcrafting his culinary creations, for the community of Port Colborne. We may use butter but we don't use a deep fryer for any of our items.
Tyler has over 20 years of experience cooking, educating, and catering to those who love food. He started at a local diner at a very young age and worked his way through college to reach his ultimate goal in owning and operating a fine dining, jazz bistro. After much success, Tyler turned his efforts to the senior population by educating how to prepare foods with dietary restrictions. He worked with the Alzheimer's Society via fund raisers and educational workshops. He possesses a special talent in food preparation and dignified feeding strategies for stroke survivors and people with cognitive impairments.
