The Gutter Shop, Lethbridge, AB

The Gutter Shop employees are lazy and apathetic. Recently I had all the windows changed in my place and the majority of the window frames had water/dirt stains. Our window in the kitchen has moisture actually inside of the window, as in between the two panes of glass. Upstairs I have laminate hardwood flooring and when installing the bay windows they gouged the floor not once but twice. They did a half ass job of cleaning up my house. A shop vac was brought in to clean the place but there was still dust up stairs and all over my kitchen counters. Not only that but they didn't even bring the shop vac downstairs so my basement carpet was covered in dry wall dust, some of it even stained the carpets from the window guys walking on the dust. But believe me the basement was not cleaned in the slightest bit, chunks of dry wall could be found on my ledge and the floor, the dust was not only on the floor but my furniture, my walls, my records, everywhere. The entire day I can recall hearing the employees talking about how they have to be stoned to do their job, something about their boss being a pain in the ass. They also were very adamant at leaving exactly at three o'clock and when 3pm rolled by they had just finished putting in the last window, so even though I have let them into my house, allowed them to play billiards on our pool table and indirectly payed their bills they dropped all sense of respect for me and my place at three o'clock and cleaned up like the place was still being built. I can even remember walking upstairs while they were supposed to be cleaning and everyone was around my pool table playing pool. My constructive advice would probably be to fire everyone and hire people who actually care about their job.
