Teldata Communications was formed in 1989 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris Electric Co. It was at the time a good fit for the electric company in that its function was to perform telephone and network data cabling for various customers where electrical installations were being carried out. After a great deal of research, it was determined by us that Toshiba telephone systems were the very best and soon after became a fully authorized dealer for Toshiba phones systems in the Lloydminster and surrounding area. Over the next several years, Teldata Communications won several Toshiba awards for sales and service. Teldata also became a value added reseller for Systimax: structured cabling systems. During this time, technology has evolved and so have people's communication needs.
