Poor Customer Service
Apple, il y a 11 ans
It took two weeks, three visits, and speaking with five people, for them to find an answer to find an answer to my question. The first few people kept saying that they would find the answer, and they either did not call me back when they said they would, or told me I had to call the TD call line. Finally after my persistence, I got a lady who was able to answer my question at the branch, however she was very rude and condescending about giving me the answer. I do not recommend using this branch of TD. From now on, I will be using other branches of TD.
