We are a full-time bookkeeping firm that serves Stratford and area. We focus on two main service areas, bookkeeping and payroll. Our bookkeeping clients bring us all their monthly financial paperwork to process with our comprehensive software. We provide financial reports that help the client to run their businesses more effectively. In addition to preparing these reports, we also prepares government remittances for HST, Payroll, WSIB. Our payroll services help small business owners and new entrepreneurs to be rest assured that this important job is done right. Many of our clients don’t have the time or the patience to learn the required software or, more importantly, the government legislation in regards to payroll issues. We provide our payroll clients with cheque stubs for their staff, sourced education amounts to remit, issue T4's and T4 Summary filing, and file Record of Employment reports to the government on their behalf. By providing our clients with these crucial business services, we are enabling them to focus their time doing exactly what it is they went into business for - to deliver the product or service they are passionate about.
