Felicia is the owner of Sustain Nutrition, and is a food and nutrition expert. She is a Nutritionist, a Dietitian (candidate) and a mom of 4 boys under 6. She wears many hats, and knows what it is like to live healthy in a busy world, where our environments aren't always supportive of making healthy choices. Felicia has over 11 years of education and experience in Nutritional sciences, and is passionate about helping others achieve their health goals through nutrition.

Between completing her Bachelor and Masters in Nutritional Sciences, working at a food security research centre, teaching university courses, years or nutrition counselling, and being a busy mom of 4 young boys, Felicia has the passion, skills, education, and experience to help you reach your health and nutrition goals.

We all wear many hats, we have ups and downs, we might have sick family members, we might be going through a life change... Whatever out situation, Felicia believs that not everyone can just overhaul their lives in a day, a week, or even a month. Many people try to take on too much, too soon, and feel like they have to be perfect. Then when they have a setback (because we all do, and no one is perfect), they get overwhelmed and discouraged and give up. She also knows that there is no 'one size fits all' program or answer for making changes.
Felicia cares about each and every one of her clients, and works together with them to identify their goals, strengths, barriers, personalities, etc.
