SureHire got its start in early 2004 working out of a local physiotherapy clinic in Leduc, Alberta. After two years of the owners/physiotherapists treating injured workers who presented with significant pre-existing injuries, they believed that the industry standard pre-hire/employment screening process for job candidates was flawed and inadequate. Following extensive research and planning, they began offering physiotherapist pre-employment medicals and critical strength and mobility physicals to ensure that potential job candidates were musculoskeletally fit and possessed the necessary strength and mobility requirements to safely excel in the job positions being applied for. What began as pre-employment physicals and medicals quickly grew to include employee drug & alcohol testing and in only a few short years has grown to include multiple occupational testing services and several power centres in Alberta, and exclusive collection sites in British Columbia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland along with a partnership of 9000 collection sites located throughout Canada and the United States. SureHire is headquartered in Nisku, Alberta, and has testing "Power Centres" in Edmonton, Red Deer, Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, Lloydminster and Calgary. Our exclusive collection sites are located in Chilliwack, Dawson Creek, St. John's and Moncton.
