Joy of Worship We celebrate God the Father, and His Son Jesus, through the Holy Spirit as revealed in Scripture. Evangelism We proclaim the good news to the world that Jesus is the only way to the Father. Spiritual Growth We yield to the Holy Spirit who develops the character of Jesus within us. Unity in Community We, through God's love, share our lives, knowing, loving, serving and celebrating each other. Stewardship We develop, manage and give our time, talents and resources in thanksgiving to God for His generosity. Volunteers from our congregation, from various other churches in the west end and from the community offer people who drop in each day a place to have breakfast a chance to visit for coffee and a chat. People are also able to pick up food on an emergency needs basis, there is a clothes room items are donated and given away free.

Baptisms are held on the Sundays after Christmas and Easter. Classes for those seeking baptism for themselves or their children are held twice a year. These can be arranged for by speaking with the clergy. Confirmation The service of Confirmation provides opportunity for individuals to publicly affirm their faith in Jesus, or reaffirm baptismal vows, and receive the laying on of hands by the Bishop to be empowered by the Holy Spirit for Christian service. There is always the opportunity for prayer and personal encouragement. Pantry shelves are stocked by the members of the congregation who bring non-perishable items or a cash donation for this purpose. Open Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon, it is staffed by a volunteer team who usually work the same day each week. If you are interested in volunteering in this ministry give the Centre a call or drop in any morning and speak with a volunteer staff member.
