My practice focuses on child, individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, as well as psychoeducational and psychological assessments. In addition, we offer a reading and writing disorders intervention for children through Wilson Fundations. Our clients include children and adults from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances. Furthermore, I am a registered service provider for Veteran's Affairs Canada, Canadian Forces, as well as Health Canada. My clinical work is devoted to the assessment of and psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families. I have years of experience in helping with anxiety and depression, intimacy and communication, identity and self-esteem, life transitions, managing emotions, culture and family, and self-defeating patterns of thought and behaviour.
