Spaceworks Developments Inc., Interior Design & Planning has been operating as a separate interior design firm since 2004. Prior to that (1994 to 2004) the design team worked for Ellins Architect Inc. and before that, the principal, Bodil (Brooke) Ellins, operated the firm, Brooke Interior Design Associates (1984-1994). Our main office and resource library are located on Gabriola, although most of our work is off-island. We undertake a diverse array of projects throughout the central region of Vancouver Island. The Principal and Senior Designer are both *NCIDQ qualified Interior Designers and active members of *IDIBC and *IDC. As Spaceworks shares offices with Ellins Architect Inc., we also have direct access to architectural expertise. Spaceworks continues to enjoy a close working relationship with Ellins Architect. Jerry Ellins, MAIBC provides technical assistance and additional brainstorming when the need arises. As well, we collaborate with many other Registered Professionals, Engineers, Contractors, Project Managers and Government Agencies.
