Dr. Paul Zmiyiwsky ("Zmee-you-ski") is a second generation Doctor of Chiropractic, and the current Clinic Director of Southdown Chiropractic and Wellness Centre in Mississauga. Since his graduation from Northwestern College of Chiropractic he has had the opportunity to help thousands of individuals feel healthier and happier.
In the past as well as currently, patients have consisted not only of many athletes and athletic teams, most notably the Minnesota Vikings of the NFL, but many golfers, musicians, and children who have recognized the benefits of a Chiropractic lifestyle. Since opening his own practice and focusing on working with families he has come realize that many people have questions regarding their own health care, but unfortunately no one to ask!
One aspect of the term Doctor, refers to Teacher. In this sense we have produced a short informative lecture for individuals to teach them about Health in the New Millennium and Stress Management. We are finding that individuals are under more pressures and time commitments than ever before, so as an added benefit we have decided to take that extra step to bring the information they need to the workplace. We have done a number of lectures in the community including the Lions Foundation of Canada, Community Living Oakville, The Running Room, The Alzheimer's Society, various churches and Financial Institutions all with great success.
We always welcome new patients and cordially invite everyone to come and see the clinic to become healthier and happier whether one is amongst our youngest patients (2 months old) or our youngest at heart (90 years young)!
