Martial Arts & Self-Defense Instruction, Training in Taekwondo from the ages of 3 to teens and adults.The practice of Taekwondo develops, or improves or enhances physical fitness, self confidence, Forcus, Body strength, agility, flexibility in addition to learning the art of fighting without fighting. A great outlet, a gathering of like minded interest. Master Francis is a 6th degree black belt in Taekwondo and Karate and has 36 years of experience in training children, Teens and adults. We train and teach WTF Taekwondo and Shito-Ryu Karate. Other trainings at the facility are Kyosin Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, Nin-Jitsu, Capoeria and Yoga, Private training and one on one training.
