So disappointed in this place. Currently dealing with them over a part they sold me that a) doesn’t fit the bike as they assured me it would b) is broken to boot! Drove up yesterday they wouldn’t let me in the store. Spoke to a staff member explained the situation and he flat out called me a liar, questioned mine and my mechanics integrity and then laughed at me! This isnt the first issue ive had with this business either. I took a choke cable up with me to see if they had a replacement (took the cable so there would be no mistake matching it since i live an hour away) the parts kid matched the one end but not the other i got home before I realized it. They take your name and number and never call you back. I needed a compatible piece to go with the wrong & broken piece they sold me, that was almost a month ago im still waiting for a call. Going to call again today and see if i can speak to the owner as opposed to the person who works the counter

Really no stars. Worst experience ever. Called to buy a side cover for an EL250 and was told it is in excellent shape. Arrived broken and in worse shape than the one I had. Called to complain to an ignorant receptionist and heard a voice in the background to send the "fucking thing" back. Cost more in postage than the refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RIPOFF AND READ OTHER REVIEWS!!!

Ridiculous pricing....the part I was looking for was priced 10% more than new??

I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Absurd prices and the buffoons don't help at all. Rude and ignorant guys working in the shop. Never going back again.
