How do I know what product to order?
Each city has a detailed description of the product is, what it is made of and what are the typical uses. If you wish to ask one of our customer service representatives you can call and we will assist you in choosing the right product for your project.
How do I know how much product I need to order?
Sometimes it can be hard to determine the quantity of product that you require but with SOILMasters.ca you will be able to use our online calculator to determine the exact amount. Simply input the length, width, and depth of the area you are trying to fill. Once you click on the calculate button you will be displayed the amount of material needed in cubic yards.
When will my order be delivered?
When you place an order you are able to choose a date that is best suited for you. If you are looking for quick delivery, we can have most orders out within 24-48 hours. SOILMasters.ca cannot guarantee a delivery time but can request an AM or PM delivery of the requested date.

Where will the material be dumped?
The product will be delivered to you property and dumped in the driveway. If you have a specific spot that you would like the product to be placed you mush place a tarp or a an X on the driveway
