I went to silhouette hair design to have a color correction to change my hair back to it's natural color. My hair color at the time was a medium brown and i told Sam, the owner of the salon and man who was working on my hair, i wanted to transition into blonde. I also asked for him to do a cut to even the length of my hair. When he applied the color to my hair, the end result didn't come out any different. My hair looked exactly the same as it did when i walked through the doors. This was frustrating so i asked him to fix it. Unfortunatly i let him attempt to fix what he had done. He told me he would have to bleach my hair. When he applied the bleach he was sloppy and uneven. He did not let my hair sit long enough before rinsing the bleach out which resulted in my hair turning ORANGE!!!! I was MORTIFIED!!!! After seeing what he had done he toned it for only 10 minutes which was Not long enough. His reason for this was because he had plans that night and wanted to leave the salon. He did not give me the cut i asked for. Instead he picked up a few strands here and there and continued to cut for about a minute before stopping. My hair is now uneven because he did not finish what he started. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the service and quality especially coming from the owner himself! I was feeling generous that day and tipped him anyway because he stayed till 9:15pm for me. But two days later when i called and told him i was Very unhappy with his work he told me he would give me All my money back. The next day when i went to get my money back, he changed his mind and lied to me about the amount he would return and said he would only give me half. then i told him if he was only going to give me half i asked for my tip back. He said he would give me half. But the moment before he was about to hand me my money he changed his mind and said he would not give me any of the tip back! He lied to me on the phone then lied to me again in person. I do not recommend ANYONE to go to this salon!!
