A third generation builder, Steven's grandfather built low rise apartments in Genoa, Italy during the 1960s. His father then took over the business and moved it to Toronto, Canada in the early 70's and founded a large subdivision building company servicing the GTA and surrounding areas. Since the late 1990s, Steven has been an active affiliate with this company allowing him the same buying power and access to trades and materials as the large subdivision company. With each home he builds, Steven leverages those exceptionally skilled trades that he knows and trusts to build each of his exquisite custom homes.
Born into the construction industry, Steven has spent his entire working career in the house building industry and holds a degree in Architectural Technology.
While building custom homes in Toronto for his family in the 1990's, Steven discovered the joy and challenges one faces during the construction of building a custom homes. He now shares his passion and experience with other clients and enjoys helping them build their dream home in the Greater Toronto area.
Steven built his first home and currently builds four to five custom homes a year in North York, Etobicoke and other parts of Toronto and the GTA. This manageable number of projects allows Steven to take a firsthand approach and have one-on-one involvement in each and every custom home he builds - "I want to be personally vested in each and every custom home we build” says Steven, “A necessity, I feel, in the custom home building process".
Steven is an active Tarion member, a certified Energy Star Builder, a member of BILD, Renomark and the Ontario Building Officials Association (OBOA). Understanding the importance of being environmentally conscience, Steven can source eco materials such as Integrated Concrete Forms, Energy efficient fixtures, Drain water heat recovery, geothermal heating/cooling and any other eco-friendly materials that the homeowner requests.
