Main Content The Seaside Beach Resort, formerly Seaside Inn, is owned and operated by David Sullivan and Beth Campbell. We have had the property since 1995. In a nutshell, we offer 24 Housekeeping units in downtown St. Andrews, New Brunswick. These consist mainly of apartment units in houses, and there are four cabins. All are self-contained, with their own entrances, kitchens and bathrooms, are equipped for basic daily living, with dishes, cutlery, bedding and towels supplied as a matter of course. We have 200 feet of waterfront footage spanned by a large boardwalk and backed by a large open yard. The grounds occupy two-thirds of an acre stretching from Water Street to the waterfront, on which are nine buildings. Not everything has a water view, but nothing is far away. PARKING: Regrettably, we have but one parking space per unit. We ask that additional vehicles be parked on the street. There is no charge for street parking. We offer free wi-fi throughout. Check-in time: 2pm. Check-out 11am. Pets : We accept dogs only, but ask that they be kept on a leash, off the furniture, and Not Left Unattended in the units. We do not accept cats. As these are Housekeeping units we do not provide a daily cleaning service. We do change towels, remove garbage and restock toilet paper daily; weekly, we change bedding and clean the bathroom. We provide handsoap and bodywash but not shampoo.
