On the particular date and time that I went to this clinic, I was talking to the doctor within 20 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly. The doctor was very good. I can't remember her name, but she was attentive, supportive, and has excellent investigative skills.

I like this clinic. I think it is great that you an check in and then they give you a time to return. You dont have to sit waiting like you do at pretty much every other clinic. The staff is great and most of the time the wait isn't too long at all. No complaints.

I wanted to see a doctor for a non emergency issue. I arrived at the clinic Friday afternoon at about 5:15pm and was told no more patients were being accepted. This clinic closes at 7pm. This seems extremely early to stop accepting patients. So now what do I do? I am busy between the few hours they are open tomorrow (10:00 am to noon) and I may free on Sunday but they are closed. It is so sad to see that there is so little medical help available in this town.

I was there that day, checked in at 4:00 though, and was the last patient seen at 8pm when they close. They eventually have to cut off new patients if there isn't enough time left to see everyone. That particular day, the doctor on duty was due in the ER at the hospital and was unable to stay past closing time because of that. Squamish needs more doctors and clinics for sure, but probably won't see anymore anytime soon as there just are not enough doctors to go around.
