The Company Logo was created in 1986 by the late Louise Shuman, the mother of the founder and an accomplished artist. The circles in the design represent the inner and outer race of an embroidery hoop. The surrealistic bird inside the hoop extends outside the hoop to represent the innovative nature of the Company. The bird is a dove which internationally represents peace and specifically represents the person of the Holy Spirit, part of the Christian Trinity. A basic tenet of Christianity is: "Do for others as you want others to do for you." This is a tenet our company strives to operate by.
