My practice is focused on the ability of each individual to discover their own inner resources and reach their own resolutions. Whether it's dealing with a phobia, panic attack, self-esteem, weight and body image, addictions or any other challenges, it is a matter of getting back in touch with our ability to heal ourselves. There is no magic solution and no quick fix. In a sense the real magic is being able to realize and understand where our power is. My role is to support you in that process using a variety of methods and approaches such as, hypnotherapy and other Eastern methods which enhance your ability to increase your own inner awareness and discover the keys to creating change in your life.
