These places (4 complexes on the corner of 96 street, Prairie Rd & Popular Rd) had a murder in it and are one of the worst in GP for their reputation They have had multiple management teams over the last few years desperately trying to rebuild their reputation but if you go see the type of people living there you can see it is still extremely low income people and still an unsafe community. A lady who lives in block C told me she has to keep her blinds closed all the time bc of people peeping through the windows and all robberies occurring. "They will rob you blind" was her words as of September 2021 Although some of the unit have been redone to look nicer on the inside that doesn't change what these places are. To any new comers to this town be aware that paint and new flooring doesn't change the fact that these places are known as "Murder Corner" Someone else from this town said they have always known these 4 apartments to be the worst in GP. This is where people live bc they HAVE to not bc they WANT to. Avoid at all cost
