The company was opened in 2018 in Mississauga, and we work in Toronto, and cover all of the GTA area as well. Now we have 2nd location opened called Rooterworx South that is covering Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton & Stoney Creek. Rooterworx was established by a group of people who are experienced, skilled and are in construction for decades. We did every step of the process many times to gain our knowledge and skills. Now we have a clear understanding of every service we do: basement foundation waterproofing, sewer and drain cleaning, camera inspection, repairs, catch basin cleaning, inspection, repair, new installation; concrete repair and restoration

We know plumbing and drain emergencies are unexpected most of the time, and complicated. We have 24 hour 7 days a week customer service representative ready to take your call. We also have emergency plumbing crews ready to handle toughest emergency drain situation.
We provide training for our dispatchers:
- Make sure person on the other is not in danger.
- Talk in calm, clear voice. Give clear, step by step instructions if necessary.
- Listen attentively to the message conveyed by the client, pass the message on to the crew.
- Stay as long on the line as it necessary.
