He received his Real Estate Appraisal Diploma as well as his Property Management Certificate from Langara College in 1999. He completed Expert Witness training at UBC in 2001 and received his RI(BC) designation in 2001. He is qualified as an expert witness for the Property Assessment Appeal Board and Indian Board of Appeal. Dean Beck, AACI, P. App Dean spent 12 years with BC Assessment in Vancouver and four years as Deputy Assessor for the East Kootenay Region of BC Assessment. He has been a senior partner with Rocky Mountain Appraisal since 2006. He received his Realty Appraisal Diploma from Langara College in 1989 and Accredited Appraiser Designation (AACI) in 1997. He is qualified as an expert witness for the Property Assessment Appeal Board.
