Riviera Apartments, Dartmouth, NS

I lived in this building for 18 months. Pool was closed for months at a time waiting for a repair. When it finally reopened it closed again within a couple of weeks for yet another repair. No maintenance in this building. No air-conditioning. Silverfish problem. No management on site. The deck that is on the water was closed for the entire summer because the pool was closed. Paying high-end rent but not receiving any of the services offered in their advertisement. Communication is a huge issue with them. It took me 17 days to get my damage deposit back and even then it was dated for two days later. Apartments need To be painted and have repairs done but asking to get stuff done and having it happen are two different things. No ventilation in these apartments.
