Do not let this agent handle your case!! He messed up our closing date, we could have moved in one month earlier but ended up paying double rents because of his unprofessional communications and lacking of work ethic.

Sundeep and his team are totally IRRESPONSIVE and UNORGANIZED. We booked the visit beforehand and were supposed to get the key from lobby, but he forgot to give permission to the concierge, and did not answer a single call out of our million calls. Thanks to him our entire long weekend got ruined.

Extremely unprofessional. He did not answer our calls when we were trying to get instructions about the key. Even he picked up the call it was no use - he gave us confusing instructions, so we had to run back and forth between his offices to get the key. By the way, he promised to meet with us on that day, but did not show up eventually.
