I highly recommend Quality Homes in Sturgeon Falls. In our new home journey we investigated many builders and chose Julie and Don and Quality Homes in Sturgeon Falls because a) we liked Julie right away, she was so helpful (she knows all the rules and bylaws in town, and knows all the ins and outs of building here), and b) the features and streamlined process for purchasing, building, and designing a new home at Quality was superior to other builders. We started with the model most similar to our vision, and Julie worked with us back and forth to adjust the plans until we were totally happy with the layout. Julie made sure we understood and were ready for every step in the process--even how (and in what order) we can go about connecting gas, electricity, and water to our unserviced site. Julie looked out for us all through the purchase, build, drop, and move process. I have observed and experienced just how much she cares and helps her clients. Now we will never be out of touch. Julie and Don still care about how we are settling into our home and how things are going. We not only gained a home, we gained friends. We are very happy to be part of the Quality Homes family. And 25 stars out of 10 for Julie and Don! I recommend anyone considering building a home to build a Quality Home.
